When I was 21, I made a lot of Headlines. Not metaphorically—I literally was on multiple news article for my work in integrating Business and Arts together.

While I perform, I usually think about quitting approximately 5,000 times.  But despite the high winds, low altitude, mental and physical fatigue, and trail mix overdose, I keep going. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen.

Now, I put that perseverance to work as a Business Analyst for Deloitte. I don’t have to make headlines…but I do have to draw them.

I’m well-versed in negotiations, planning and development, relationship management, operations, and logistics coordination and scheduling.

I also worked as a  talent acquisition specialist with an interest in building the most effective and inclusive workforce possible. For over 5 years, I’ve been helping businesses find their perfect hires. I also do consulting on compensation and benefits, new hire processes, and company culture.

When I’m not on the job, I am a dance performer and motivational speaker,three times Tedx Speaker and an working my way through every opportunity to spread awareness on corporate Inclusion, and indulging my love for seeing new places and meet new people.
